Many skills, especially those related to euphoria, have also been nerfed, while others have been buffed. The biggest difference is that most skills only need to be leveled up 3 times instead of 5. With the release of the next-gen patch, the skills have been updated by incorporating changes made by the FCR3 mod (which was released by a Witcher 3 developer).
